If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in the Holistic Aesthetic Practitioner are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Use License

Changes
Holistic Aesthetic Practitioner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the schoolofbeautyaestheticsinstitute.org following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. Institute of Beauty Aesthetics, PLLC also DBA School of Beauty Aesthetics LLC & the School of Beauty Aesthetics Foundation 501 (c) 3may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through Schoolofbeautyaestheticsinstitute.org (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Termination
Holistic Aesthetic Practitioner may terminate your access to all or any part of the schoolofbeautyaestheticsinstitute.org at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may do so within the dashboard of that site. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The schoolofbeautyaestheticsinstitute.org is provided “as is”.School of Beauty Aesthetics Institute 501c3 and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. If you’re actually reading this, here’s a treat. In no event will Institute of Beauty Aesthetics, PLLC also DBA School of Beauty Aesthetics LLC & the School of Beauty Aesthetics Foundation 501 (c) 3, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Institute of Beauty Aesthetics, PLLC also DBA School of Beauty Aesthetics LLC & the School of Beauty Aesthetics Foundation 501 (c) 3under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. Institute of Beauty Aesthetics, PLLC also DBA School of Beauty Aesthetics LLC & the School of Beauty Aesthetics Foundation 501 (c) 3 shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
General Representation and Warranty
You represent and warrant that (i) your use of schoolofbeautyaestheticsinstitute.org will be in strict accordance with the Institute of Beauty Aesthetics, PLLC also DBA School of Beauty Aesthetics LLC & the School of Beauty Aesthetics Foundation 501 (c) 3 Privacy Policy, with this Agreement, and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental areas, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of schoolofbeautyaestheticsinstitute.org will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Institute of Beauty Aesthetics, PLLC also DBA School of Beauty Aesthetics LLC & the School of Beauty Aesthetics Foundation 501 (c) 3, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the schoolofbeautyaestheticsinstitute.org , including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Institute of Beauty Aesthetics, PLLC also DBA School of Beauty Aesthetics LLC & the School of Beauty Aesthetics Foundation 501 (c) 3 and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of Institute of Beauty Aesthetics, PLLC also DBA School of Beauty Aesthetics LLC & the School of Beauty Aesthetics Foundation 501 (c) 3, or by the posting by Institute of Beauty Aesthetics, PLLC also DBA School of Beauty Aesthetics LLC & the School of Beauty Aesthetics Foundation 501 (c) 3 of a revised version. Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this Agreement, any access to or use of schoolofbeautyaestheticsinstitute.org will be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of law provisions, and the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be the state and federal courts located in Arizona. Except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief or claims regarding intellectual property rights (which may be brought in any competent court without the posting of a bond), any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be finally settled in accordance with the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service, Inc. (“JAMS”) by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with such Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Arizona, in the English language and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court. The prevailing party in any action or proceeding to enforce this Agreement shall be entitled to costs and attorneys’ fees. Participant Complaints/Grievances Policy
The purpose of this document is to outline avenues and policies by which participants make or submit a grievance about any aspect of his or her educational experience. A grievance is a claim, a complaint, or an expression of concern made by a participant which may include rules, regulations, procedures, misapplication of course policies, or unfair treatment by any instructor or employee either in person or online. Below will outline the Holistic Aesthetic PractitionerInstitute’s procedure in order to resolve any grievances/complaints a participant may have about the policies or procedures which the institution operates under.
In any case in which a grievance/complaint arises, participants should initially discuss the matter with their program director immediately. If the matter cannot be solved through this initial discussion, a participant has the right to appeal in order for the complaint to be submitted to a next level of authority.
Participants have the right to appeal to all matters with respect to:
1. Educational policies, procedures, and grading concerns
2. Tuition and fee matters
3. Admissions decisions
A participant wishing to escalate his or her complaint should follow the steps listed below:
The first step of any grievance/complaint is to address and resolve the dispute with the person involved through discussion. A participant should bring a grievance/complaint to the attention of the support staff ofHAP as soon as possible to ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner. If the dispute cannot be resolved at this level, participants are encouraged to take the issue to the next level.
The next step is to address the issue verbally with the program director of Holistic Aesthetic PractitionerInstitute. If after talking with the program director the dispute cannot be resolved a participant is encouraged to put their grievance/complaint in writing.
A participant may submit their written grievance/complaint to the director of Holistic Aesthetic PractitionerInstitute. This written complaint must be submitted within seven calendar days of the incident. This written document should include a description of the disputed items, the date (or dates) when the issue arose, the reason why the participant is grieving the decision and the steps the participant has taken to resolve the dispute to date. The participant should include as much factual evidence as possible when submitting this appeal, such as documentation, receipts, or evidence of extenuating circumstances. The director of Holistic Aesthetic Practitioner will oversee the gathering of additional data about the issue or incident as necessary.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through the director of Holistic Aesthetic Practitioner, they will forward the written complaint to Director of Education Latoya Beverly, LEHP, who will meet with the participant if requested and/or otherwise assess and develop a resolution to the complaint. A response fromProf. Latoya Beverly, LEHP will be provided to the participant within 7 calendar days after the written complaint was submitted to info@schoolofbeautyaesthetics.com. The response will be delivered by email or mailing address on record, with acknowledgement of receipt required. All decisions made by the Campus Appeals Committee are final.
Additional disclosure: HAP reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct we deem appropriate without warning. A refund will not be issued in these cases.
