"Bridging the Gap in the Beauty Industry: A Black-Owned Business Embracing Diversity and Inclusivity"

In 2021, Latoya Beverly, founder and educator of The School of Beauty Aesthetics, noticed an increase in Spanish-speaking clients at her beauty spa. Inspired by this influx and her personal connection to the Latin culture, Latoya decided to create opportunities for both Hispanic and Latina women from Arizona and Mexico. By offering her body contour master class in both English and Spanish, she aims to bridge the gap between Latina and Black communities in the beauty industry.

Latoya believes in the power of collaboration and supporting the dreams of other women, regardless of their race or cultural background. As the proud owner of the School of Beauty Aesthetics, she continues to break barriers and promote inclusivity in the beauty and wellness space, helping entrepreneurs realize that they don't need to sacrifice their lives to start a lucrative business.
